How strict is in-person attendance if receiving SLC maintenance loans?

I have all Hyflex classes this semester (so I can either attend online or in-person). They've stated that students who are in receipt of SLC maintenance loans, must attend at least 1 event in-person each week.
I've been struggling to attend in-person once a week as I have some problems with medications pop up (I still attend online), so I've only done in-person for 2/4 classes (soon to be 2/5). In previous semesters, I've been much better and only missed out once or twice.
What happens if I don't go to in-person classes enough? What's the cut-off point?
