English lit and lang joint honours at university advice
Hey there , i am currently doing my A-levels ( English lit, English lang and geography) and am looking to do a joint honours lit and lang at university , but i don't really know where to start . I need to know which universities do it and what the different courses are like . If anyone does this joint honours would you mind telling me a bit about what the course entails and which universities do it and what they are like . Also is linguistics the same as English language or are they the same thing? sorry if that's a stupid question , I've just seen a lot of universities offering linguistics and was wondering how similar they are .

Hi. I recommend going on to the UCAS website and searching for English Lit and Lang courses. This will show you which universities offer it as a joint honours.
