LNAT scores out today for 2026. Did anyone else get a far lower score than they had expected? I remember leaving and thinking I had done pretty well for myself and today has been such a shock. I know you can't repeal your score but I am just actually dumbfounded... anyone else feeling the same?

Personally I felt the opposite. I came out thinking I’d had done pretty poorly but ended up with a 25, which was much better than I was expecting. I wouldn’t stress too much though, the score is really not the be all or end all, I’ve seen people with insanely high scores being rejected from unis, and others with low scores being accepted. What did you get?

I got 29, not a low score, but I knew I needed to get above 30 for Cambridge so I had done about a million past papers to prepare, and I thought I did get above 30 on the day of at least. I ended up getting rejected ☹️ so I kinda figure it is my score

Wow 29 really showed me levels 😂 where else have you applied to?
Haha yeah not to say i did poorly just not what was hoped for! I've also applied to Warwick, Durham, UCL and KCL. Only heard back from Warwick. You?
I applied to Durham, Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield and Newcastle. I wish I put down a few more aspirational choices 😂 Got offers from all but Durham. I think they’re giving rejections out in waves before they’re giving out offers by the looks of it.

Don't worry it wasn't your LNAT score that got you rejected. You got rejected because it's not the right uni for you. Someone I know got offer at Trinity College, and today found out got LNAT score of 26. So cheer up, you will excel wherever you go. There's reason for everything.
I got 31 in my LNAT yesterday and have been rejected by Oxford and Durham, if that puts it into perspective for anyone. Predicted A*A*A, assume with Oxford my interview let me down. Durham must be more competitive than I thought I suppose?
A lot of people I have seen have gotten in to Durham regardless of a high/low LNAT score. I got rejected with a score of 22 last year but they stated that it was my essay. I retook this year and I haven't been rejected yet (for context I thought my essay went well this time). I have an offer from Bristol so I am happy regardless, but I would say that for Durham they care a lot about your essay so I made a conscious effort to improve it more greatly this time! Good luck to everyone else still waiting.
I am a mature international student and applied to the Senior Status LLB at both Cambridge and Durham. I scored a 29 on the LNAT, and earned a 3.94 in my Masters program. I was accepted to Durham two days after receiving my rejection from Cambridge (pre-interview, early December). For those still eagerly awaiting, keep the faith!!
