what stats did you apply with I’m just curious and what did u get in your ESAT if you don’t mind me askinf😭😭 i applied with a very competitive application but my ESAT Physics grade lowkey let me down. Also I’ve heard that imperial interviews vary. Some people who Ik were asked questions entirely about their personal statement and some others were asked general Maths & Physics Questions

i did mine in december and got offer, make sure ur comfortable with alevel physics and maths. U cant really prepare but if ur academically talented (i assume u r js cos u got intrv) u should be fine

what kind of questions were you asked, was it mainly maths and physics problems like graph sketching, or did they ask you more aero based qs where you had to apply alevel knowledge to unfamiliar scenarios?

Hi, not sure if I'm too late but answering anyway - I'm in 1st year but I would assume the interviews would be similar. I would make sure you know the stuff on your personal statement really well, my interview was a mix of like half stuff from my personal statement (what causes lift, Bernoulli and stuff) and general why imperial questions, and half some graph sketching questions. Also research your interviewer, like what their research field is and maybe ask some questions about their sort of research to show you're interested? Different interviewers will ask different things as well, I think some interviewers will ask aero related calculation questions but mine didn't. Good luck with hopefully getting in!
