Newcastle MPharm
Has anyone got an offer for Newcastle MPharm yet, if so, how did you prepare for the interview?

Hi there,
I'm a current pharmacy student and although I didn't do an interview at Newcastle I can share some general tips and things from the pharmacy course information on the Newcastle university website.

This pdf goes through the interview process so have a read of this. Also there also an interview video on the website so make sure to review that.
Make sure to go through your personal statement, understand how to answer "why pharmacy" type questions, then your experiences - like extra-curriculars, part time jobs and reflect on how you've demonstrated communication, teamwork etc. Be sure to look through the Standards of Pharmacy Professional on the GPhC website as well.

Hi, I have an offer from Newcastle
they give you the questions the day before on an email to prep
they’re the general why pharm why here etc and stuff from ur personal statement

hi, I was wondering if in the interview do they only ask the questions in the email that they sent or if they ask any other new questions ?

not that i can remember

i would recommend having a few questions you can ask at the end, it used up more time than the actual interview and i felt i stood out
