Yes - I haven’t got an offer yet but I got an email asking if I wanted to apply for the scholarship

I very much hope so! Seemed like the email was pretty generic though.

Also, I applied to a different department and submitted an application for the Grand Union DTP, too. It’s interesting that your department invited people to apply for the scholarship later in the process.

No, I didn't, but I didn't select the ESRC option on the portal. Moreover, a few days ago, I received an email from the Oxford India Centre for Sustainable Development about their law scholarships, but I believe everyone gets that. Let's see, trying to be hopeful, lol.
