CV help

So I recently failed a resit for my 2nd yr healthcare degree at uni so I will not be able to continue the course. Ive been applying to business related apprenticeships and im rlly confused if I should put that I went to uni on my cv as I went on hospital placements for a few months and gained skills. Should I say i dropped out and how should i word it?
Also do you normally list your GCSE and A level grades on your CV?

Thanks.
I’d probably list the dates of study and then put “left without award” (assuming you didn’t exit with a CertHE or similar). You can still list your experiences during your time there. If they want to discuss the exit in person that will probably be a bit easier and less of a red flag.
