Desperate to talk to Student Finance England
Can anyone help me actually reach a human at Student Finance England? They have messed up my application 3 times and are so unhelpful. I just need a 5 min conversation with a human to get answers!

Jason, there is no live chat in my account - I cannot get through to anyone over the phone - no one is helping at all!
My Customer Reference Number: 13550019085
SFE messed up my simple change from a part time masters to a full time masters - as a result I had to pay £180 in fees when it was not my fault. I was asked to re apply, I was asked to clear the remaining balance before SFE would accept - I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING - now it is saying that i'm not able to re apply because I've already completed a masters - although I haven't.
Again - no email, no pop-up live chat in my account - no human on the end of the phone? it's a joke.
