Pretty decent so far! I agree with your spoiler tag, that was awful.
The big question I have is, whatever happened to the rewards for the winning team? Is Lord Sugar cutting costs?

Bet they spent a lot of it on the trip to HK in the first episode
Or better prizes for later in the series 
But they could just send them all to the local pub as a prize but that probably wouldn't look v professional

Oops, I missed a few weeks, got too distracted with the new anime season! 
But a decent series finale IMO, congrats to the worthy winner.
