Is my A-Level subject combination (Maths, FM, Econ, Physics) competitive for LSE PPE?

Hi, I am a Chinese international student for the 2027 fall entry. I am worried about whether my subject combinations qualify for LSE PPE.
Target: LSE and UCL PPE (2027 entry)
Subjects: Maths, FM, Econ, Physics (CAIE)
I’m worried that my combination is "too STEM-heavy" for PPE. I’ve noticed a lot of applicants take History or other essay-based subjects. Does LSE strictly require an essay subject, or are a strong performance in Economics and a high-level research project (I already got a good result in the John Locke Essay Competition—typical Chinese applicant lmao—and I am currently writing my Rethink Essay Competition essay; my JL essay was more economics-intense and I am considering writing my Rethink essay in a more philosophical/political way) enough to prove my writing ability?
Has anyone here gotten an offer for PPE with a triple/quadruple Maths/Science combo? Thx for ur replies and suggestions!

1) Essential: Maths. No requirement for Philosophy, Politics or Economics.
2) Recommended: at least 2 A levels in traditional academic subjects, and a broad mix of these subjects is recommended. Further Maths is not required but is helpful.
3) Combinations: Taking a subject which demonstrates writing abilities is highly valued. If 2 of your 3 subjects are Maths and Further Maths, it is strongly recommended that your third subject is in the Arts or Humanities. Subjects where content overlaps (like Economics and Business) should not be taken together.

This is what it says online so I want to say that ur probably good because further maths is seen very competitively as a fourth a level and ur doing economics which is an essay based subject

Also I just read the essay part ur definitely good and yes u should try and write it with a more political/ philosophical twist but ur already very competitive. With good predicted grades you’ll be more than fine.
