History revision

Hiya!
I'm going to be doing my GCSEs in less than 100 days and am beginning to revise now! I usually find revision pretty easy for most subjects, but the one that I struggle with most is history. One of my main revision methods for other subjects is watching videos and then making notes and applying that knowledge to papers/questions. But for some reason, this just doesn't apply for history. I was wondering if anyone had any good revision methods that isn't blurting, reading or doing past papers as I already do these.

i found that mind maps were really helpful to link a bunch of the events together and to pour our all my knowledge on that topic and use another colour to add or change the info, adding to this i used videos or my notes.
i would say that history is one of the harder subjects to revise for bcs i also found it hard so dont worry

Are you struggling with evidence or structure if it’s evidence you just gotta know it and things like mindmaps and gapfills can be great revision methods and if it’s structure for GCSE just use point evidence explain and if it’s a 20 marker do that three times but with a sustained judgement (comparison) on each of the paragraphs
