Hi everyone,
My name is Nelson. I’m a self-published author and AI practitioner.
Three years ago, I was made redundant as a freelance videographer, replaced by AI tools. Instead of fighting it emotionally, I decided to understand it.
I’ve spent the last three years researching AI, testing tools, working with businesses, and writing a short book about how university students can use AI strategically to become highly employable and irreplaceable. I self-published it on Amazon and began delivering AI workshops for business owners.
Here’s what I discovered:
Businesses don’t actually have a shortage of graduates.
They have a shortage of graduates who can solve problems using AI.
A two weeks training program is more than enough to get both a technical and non technical person to get a job without having to climb the job interview wall.( It's very difficult to get a job interview now because AI is doing the interviews)
At the same time:
Over 700,000 graduates are currently on benefits.
A single vacancy can attract thousands of applications.
Entry-level roles are being reduced due to automation and cost pressures.
The traditional path isn’t working for many people.
So I built a practical, skills-based method designed to help final-year students and graduates position themselves differently, not as applicants, but as AI-capable problem solvers.
I’ve tested this approach with businesses, and the feedback has been clear: they would actively consider hiring graduates who can demonstrate these capabilities.
Now I want to test it properly.
I’m inviting 100 final-year students or graduates to put this method to the test. If you’re worried about your job prospects, frustrated with applications, or unsure how to stand out, come and see whether this works for you.
No hype. No blind trust. Test it.
If it’s rubbish, say so.
If it works, you’ll know.
If you're interested, comment or message me and I’ll share the details.
Let’s see whether we can solve one of the biggest problems facing graduates right now.
