Any University of Chester students here?

Hi! 😊 Is anyone currently studying at the University of Chester? I’d love to hear what the course and student life is like. Any tips or experiences would be really appreciated!

I’m currently studying at Chester University on a postgraduate course. The university is really great and all of my experiences in the last few years here have been nothing but positive. The staff in my department are really excellent, they have enthusiasm for the subject and they want to help every student be the best they can be. Outside of the department there are support staff for everything and anything you could possibly need help with. The academic skills team are fantastic at helping you raise your marks and we have an RLF available for extra help. Each subject has its own specific subject librarian to help you research too. There is also loads of support in terms of pastoral care so health and wellbeing, accommodation, finances, student services are great!

The su hosts lots of events and there are sports clubs and societies for absolutely everything and if there is nt one you’d like, you can form one!

I can’t speak highly enough about it and I’ll be really sad to leave! If there’s anything specific you want to know please just ask and I’ll try to help

If you are concerned about your application you could try emailing the admissions team at Chester university who might be able to advise you on your application. The support staff at the university are all mega helpful and do all they can for the students, as do all the staff.
