Which A-level is better for medicine/pharma/biochem - Physics vs FM
This is as my 4th option as my school requires me to enter one.

The 'fourth A-level' is rarely factored in at all, so if you're taking three others presumably including biology and chemistry I wouldn't worry about it too much.

That said, some places are a bit fussy about Maths and Further Maths, saying that this doesn't fully count as two distinct subjects - I mean that would still mean you have three either way, but if for whatever reason you ended up 'needing' further maths to count it might be an issue(?).

Neither really is of any great relevance - maybe some topics in physics might be of some relevance in a biochemistry course but, I doubt enough of them to justify taking it as an extra A-level without any other rationale for doing so.

Just pick whatever you think you can get a better grade in and/or that you can drop sooner.

Dont do a 4th one.
If you have to, it couldnt matter less, unis wont care (unless we are talking oxbridge)

From the people I know the ones who do medicine picked Physics (I'm assuming you're def doing maths bio chem), pharmacy and biochem picked FM. I'd say go FM just in case or what subject you like

Whichever you’ll get the best grade in.

And drop the fourth as quick as you can unless predicted A*A*A*A* because it will actively be hampering your chances.
