Tenancy Takeover

Hello,

I recently made a booking with The Pinnacles for my second year at university. Later on, I realised I wanted a studio instead of an ensuite. Upon trying to cancel my previous booking, I found out I was unable too. Because of this, I now need to find someone to takeover my booking so I can get a studio instead.

My quick review:
I have lived a term and a half in the pinnacles for my first year of university. The room has plenty of drawers and the heating is really good, I was scorching hot throughout this winter. The kitchen is a little small for 5 people. When all 5 people are in the kitchen, it can get quite awkward being in each others way. The staff are also very friendly with reception announcing plenty of events that take place.

The biggest downside is the Wi-Fi. It can be finicky and inconsistent on a computer, however I have had zero trouble with the Wi-Fi on my phone. An ethernet cable is also an option, which would dramatically improve the internet, so there are ways around if it isn't good enough for your standards.

Don't get me wrong, there's definitely nicer, but the quality you get for the price is really good. I've heard a lot of stories of other ensuites that cost more and have worse conditions. They also host open days around this time of year.
