You need to contact your university directly and ask them to send the Change of Circumstances through to SFE to confirm the date you resume your studies.

Hi. I'm a student in Canterbury Christ Church University I had an interruption with my studies so student finance aswell suspended my application but I started my studies again early of this month. since then I wrote you but you asked me to talk to my university to contact you I let them know already last week I'm here to ask you did the university informed you that I re-started my studies? Please let me know ASAP. Thanks

We do not have account access via the Student Room or any social media platforms to check that for you. If the university have advised that they sent this through to SFE, this should be processed by an assessor. Our current timescales are approximately 7 working days with subject to change depending on our current volumes.
