What disability accomodations could I request for a creative writing degree?

I am a neurodivergent person with mental health conditions and chronic pain.
With this in mind, does anyone have any advice/suggestions of accommodations I could ask for for university and specifically creative writing/english at university?
Thanks.

Are you a home student and if so, have you considered applying for Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA)? If not, I'd urge you to look into it and consider applying at the relevant time. It can be really helpful. If your funding body approves you for DSA, then you will have an assessment where the needs assessor will make a lot of recommendations for softwares you should be provided with, and reasonable adjustments, etc. It's not like applying for a government benefit, it's a very holistic, non-scary process

I had DSA for mental health (psychosis and depression) for my postgrad courses. I was under the 'old' system, so I'm not sure if all the things I was recommended/given would apply now. But to give you an idea, I was provided with:

a mental health mentor (and unis usually have separate, specific mentors for ADHD and autism, and some unis have other mentors for dyslexia and dyspraxia)

computer equipment (so that I could work from home on days it felt unsafe to go to campus), and

a taxi allowance (that I never used in the end, but to help me travel to uni)

For my Masters course, I was allocated a notetaker for lecturers and also a dictaphone so I could record lectures (with permission) if I was hearing voices and couldn't follow along due to that, despite being in the room

I'm afraid I'm less knowledgeable about what can be provided for chronic pain, but I'd imagine the taxi allowance could come in useful for you, if that's something DSA still offers/funds

PS. Forgot to say that, in terms of non-DSA accommodations/reasonable adjustments you can ask from your uni (whether they'd grant these is a separate issue!):

Automatic deadline extensions on coursework submissions

Separate room for exams, with rest breaks

Ability to have a room on campus for the duration of your course (some unis make people move out after a certain period of time!)

Receiving lecture slides in advance of the lectures, and being allowed to record lectures on a dictaphone
