Putting MOOCS on WES forms (Veterinary Medicine)

Has anyone done a MOOC and put it on their WES form for applying? I’ve done that “exploring the veterinary profession” one run by the University of Nottingham and am wondering how it will work putting that on my WES when it requires an email address etc. anyone have any suggestions?

Also, has anyone done this course specifically? I’ve gone through the whole two weeks but it requires you to pay to access the certificate. Do you think I will need the certificate to be allowed to add it to my WES and speak about it in my statement? Seems like a lot of work to not be able to mention it!!

Thank you 😊

Yes I put it on mine - just had to tick a box saying I had completed it, no need to submit any proof. Absolutely no need to buy the certificate - just be warned that most people have done the MOOC so it's not necessarily something that 'sets you apart' in terms of personal statement - actual work experience is much stronger. I have notts offer for next year (+Surrey+Bristol) so let me know if I can help any more!! (but im obviously not an expert)

No you don't need to pay for it to add it to Nottinghams application its just a tick box that you click to say you have done it. As for other unis most don't seem to accept it anymore tbh but I would email your choices and double check.
