Changing firm/insurance choices for Bangor

Had second thoughts about having Bangor as my insurance choice and so I’ve emailed to ask about changing it to my firm choice. Does anyone typically how long it takes to get a response and the overall process?

Hi Matty_Sugden,

So pleased you want to make Bangor your firm choice! You have excellent taste 😜I just sent a message to my colleague over in admissions and they can see your e-mail from the weekend and so someone should be getting back to you today. They will give you a full explanation in the e-mail of how it works, but it will be along the lines of contacting both institutions to confirm the swap, both institutions will then contact UCAS to approve and then you'll need to contact UCAS to proceed. The admissions team will give you a better idea of the steps though!
