Great question and even better to hear that you are thinking about applying for Student Finance!
Applying for your student finance on time is one of the best things that you can do in order to support you getting your funding on time for starting at university but also then being able to enjoy your course and university experience!
On the student finance website it mentions that "If your course starts between August 2026 and December 2026, you can apply for full-time undergraduate student finance from Monday 23 March 2026"
Here is the link to the website where I found that information, https://studentfinance.campaign.gov.uk/going-to-uni-2026/ and as you go through, I cannot recommend enough about you signing up for the email campaign. What this means is that when student finance applications go live, you get a direct email letting you know.
