UoN MSc - Failed a module (<40%), stressing about resits! Any advice?

Hi everyone,
I just got my Autumn semester results back for my MSc at Nottingham. I passed my other modules with really strong grades, but unfortunately, I failed one module with a mark of less than 40%.
I’m stressing out a bit and was hoping some other postgrads who have been in a similar situation could help me out:

Can it be condoned? Is there any way a mark under 40% can be condoned/compensated if my grades in all my other modules are high enough to pull up my overall average?

When will I know for sure? If it is a guaranteed resit, how and when does the university officially tell me? I know the main progression boards aren't until July, but waiting that long to find out if I have an August exam is awful.

What are the resit arrangements? If I do have to take it, how does the process work, and how does a postgraduate resit actually affect my final degree classification?

I would really appreciate any insight or shared experiences. Thanks so much!
