Producing Exhibits
Hello,
When producing exhibits in a criminal trial I know you need to ask the witness who produced the document and when.
When producing an object that will be produced by a different witness you need to say this will be produced in due course. I need to question my witness on an exhibit that will be produced by another witness.
For one of my advocacy sessions though, it says the exhibit is ‘not produced for this session’. I consider the exhibit to be important, how can I ask my witness on this (EIC prosecution witness)?
