How to take more lead as an early years apprentice.
Ive been working as an apprentice in a preschool for 4 days. Well not technically they just have me working there. And in stuff like feeding time i tend to just sit there whilst they hand out food and tidy it all up after. I haven't had any training so I don't really know what to do. I tried to help today and empty a plate and put it on the dirty plate pile but I emptied it into the wrong place (the bin had no food in it). I sit on the opposite side of the room 99% of the time on a couch by myself. I struggle to hold any conversation with my coworkers. I answer questions with a simple "yes" or "no" and lie about stuff like if they ask if I like music I say I dont like music.
