LJMU PGCE Placements
Can someone give me advice on how far away Secondary PGCE placements tend to be? I know the guidance states 90 minutes but even this seems quite far. Is it likely to be as far as this? I am not originally from Liverpool so I am just weighing up my options before confirming. Thanks

The guidance for Secondary PGCE placements is that travel time can be up to around 90 minutes. While many students are placed closer than this, the 90-minute timeframe reflects the maximum expected travel time and can vary depending on your subject and school availability.
You’ll need to live within a reasonable travelling distance of both the University and placement schools for the duration of the programme.
