Hello. What does a First round Interview mean?

It means that it is the first interview out of more than one interview. It helps decide who will get through to a second round of interviews and who does not.

I have no idea what you are interviewing for. You are best off researching the company/organisation you are applying to and practising common interview questions (which can easily be found on Google or another search engine).
