How do i get over driving anxiety ?

I passed in november and i had some anxiety towards my lessons etc. After passing i was drivng too and from college every day and too work. in january i had a crash and since having my car back my anxiety has been through the roof to the point i feel so ill i cant focus in college and i can’t eat until im back home for the night and the cycle repeats and im staying anxious 24/7. I feel like i zone out driving in a way and im not fully there which im not sure is nerves . How do i overcome it ?

I think you should probably go to your GP if you are feeling so anxious that you can't eat or concentrate.

Start with something small. Drive with someone else in your car (someone who can drive too). And steadily drive more and more.

I always found that practice on my own helped. The more practice on my own that i got, the more confident i was.
How about doing a pass plus course or something similar?

Most days i’d chose bus over driving. I think for me it’s not the actual driving part like when roads are empty i feel fine or if im in stop start traffic weirdly i prefer it. The second there is cars on the road but we’re all moving i hate it cause it’s so unpredictable. The more i drive tho it does get better tbf
