newcastle uni accom for 1st years

Are any 1st years looking to book private accommodation for newcastle 2026? I was thinking of doing this as I didn't want to wait till release date for the uni owned accommodations because I'm worried they'll all fill up too fast. I also think there are a lot of cheaper, nicer looking private accommodations but I don't want to be one of the only 1st years in private accom.

Hi! I'm also going into first year in September. I already booked my accomodation with Unite Students so rest assured if you decide to go into private accom, you won't be the only 1st year. I booked early as I couldn't stand the idea of living in a flat with others and sharing a kitchen so I booked a studio.
