I am subletting my room for the remainder of my contract at Urbanest Westminster Bridge Student accommodation from April at a discounted price.
【Room】A high-floor single room with underfloor heating. The room has a private bathroom, office desk, bed, and plenty of storage rooms. This a 3b2b flat with its own fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 refrigerators, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, and 1 oven. Some tablewares and cooking appliances can be left as a free gift. The other two flatmates may share the bathroom so you can have your own bathroom.
【Lease Term】April 5, 2026 (or end of May)- September 6th, 2026
【Rent】£298/week, includes all bills, sublet via official Urbanest contract
【Location】SE1 7FR, 20-25 minute walk to LSE, KCL
【Facilities】
1. Room has underfloor heating, trash bin, desk lamp, etc. Kitchen equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.
2. Building has quiet Study Area, laundry room, a gym (with a pool and sauna, swimming pool, ping-pong table, 24-hour front desk service, common rooms on the 18th floor with a view of Big Ben, London eye and the city of London, post room for package collection, and free printer

1. 3-5 minute walk to supermarkets such as M&S, Co-op, Sainsbury's, Iceland, and Oseyo, as well as a Boots
2. Close to Waterloo train station/tube station, convenient transportation
3. 5-minute walk to London Eye and Big Ben, 25 minutes to Chinatown, Covent Garden
4. 5 minute walk away from Waterloo station, Lambeth North and Westminster Bridge and very close to popular areas like the South bank and Lower Marsh.
The student accommodation organises events and parties for students and consists of very friendly and helpful, professional staff.
