Transfer universities for second year student finance

Hello , I’m currently a first year at uni and have decided that I want to transfer at the end of this academic year ( start at a uni back home for September for my second year ) I have spoken to my tutors at my current uni and I cannot withdraw until August as I have to wait until my exam results are released . I am a bit confused about student finance . To re apply for next year the window opens this month but I’m confused do I apply as a continuing student at my current uni for now then update my details in August / when I’ve withdrawn from my current uni ?

Thank you

Hi Elle,

You would reapply when applications open for the new course you're looking to study. Thanks, Jason
