I’m looking for a **student** to take over my tenancy at **The Valentine – 27 Perth Road, London, IG2 6BX**.

📍 Location: The Valentine, Ilford (East London)
🛏 Room Type: Premium Studio (Room 409) – private kitchen & private bathroom
📅 Tenancy until: 28 August 2026
💷 Rent: £319.88 per week (all bills included)

The studio is fully furnished and in excellent condition. Great transport links and convenient access to central London and universities.
