Higher english folio

Okay so i’m currently in the process of writing my higher english personal reflective folio piece and im currently at 1,298 words and i would say to wrap it up neatly and id have 2 relatively short paragraphs to do.

I know you’re able to go over the word limit by 10% (1430 words) but is it frowned upon to do this? Should i finish the essay even if it’s over the word limit and give it a strong ending and add in the final two paragraphs and then go back and cut things out?

Hi.

Yes, I would say that you should add what you need to add and then go back and cut the words down if it goes over 1,430 words. That's what I did, and I think it makes it easier to write.

I hope this helps, and if you have any more questions, feel free to ask me.
