University funding/ Transfer advice?

Hi,
I am an adult nurse at DMU and will be going into 3rd year. I have loads of placement hours to catch up on and i’m scared if they’ll extend my final year to catch up on these placement hours i will have nowhere to live, due to no more SFE. I have done a bit of research and it says i could get SFE for the extended time period i am there but i don’t know for sure? Does SFE pay for my placement year even after i’ve graduated? Also thought about just transferring, which i may not be able to but if i ask for a transfer back to london, i will highly be likely asked to restart 2nd year again. What should i do?
