TENANCY TAKEOVER – STUDENT ACCOMMODATION (LONDON)

I’m looking for a student to take over my tenancy at:

📍 Location: Scape Canada Water, London (SE16 6BL)
🛏 Room Type: Standard Ensuite (Room A203.7)
📅 Tenancy Period: 13 April 2026 – 5 September 2026
📦 Early move-in possible: From around 26–30 March 2026 at no extra cost

💷 Rent: ~£160/week (£3,015 total for the tenancy period)
✔ All bills included (WiFi, electricity, water, heating)
⚠️ Administrative fee: £350 (to be paid by the replacement tenant, as required by accommodation management)

• Laundry facilities
• Secure entry & CCTV
• High-speed WiFi
• Fully furnished room
• Private ensuite bathroom (toilet + shower)
• Shared kitchen, the flatmates are absolutely lovely!

🚇 Great transport links via Canada Water Station with easy access to central London and nearby universities.

I unfortunately have to leave London due to medical reasons, so I’m looking for someone to officially take over the contract. The takeover will be processed through accommodation management, and the replacement tenant must be a registered student.
