Plymouth Dental therapy and Hygiene

So I applied to dental and therapy for Plymouth in the beginning of January (predicted grades AAB and GCSE’s 9766655 and a distinction 2 in health and social care BTEc. I got sent a rejection email from them around mid February, however when I look at the student portal and UCAS it still says my decision is pending, Does anyone know what this means? I also did the Plymouth peninsula pathways for dentistry for 2 years and completed the significant engagement
