Williams F1 Work Experience 2026 - Need help ASAP!! :0

Hii! So I'm applying for Williams F1 work experience this year and was wondering if my CV was any good? I know I'm super late to this as the deadline is TOMORROW (ouch) but I've been so distracted with exams. If anyone could be of any help please let me know, Preferably today (5th March) thank U!!

Here Is my CV:
PROFILE
I am a highly curious and motivated Year 10 student with a strong interest in Formula One and the wide range of careers offered within the F1 industry. I am exceptionally creative, with a passion for photography and visual storytelling, alongside a growing interest in engineering, specifically aerodynamics, and the technical aspect of high-performance motorsport.
Alongside strong academic performance in Maths and the Sciences, I have great interest in the mechanical aspect of racing cars and the wider systems that allow teams to compete in the pinnacle of motorsport engineering. My interest has developed through attending motorsport events and independent research. Additionally, I have been raised locally with strong family links to the automotive industry and connections to Atlassian Williams Racing. I am excited for the opportunity to undertake work experience in order to gain first-hand exposure to different departments before specialising later in my academic and extra-curricular studies.
EDUCATION
GCSEs (In Progress) Predicted Grades: Photography (8), Classical Civilisation (8), Spanish (7), History (8), Citizenship (8), Sciences (8,8,8), Mathematics (8), English Language & Literature (9,9).
ACADEMIC PROJECT
Higher Project Qualification (HPQ) Selected by teaching staff to undertake an independent research project. It has allowed me to develop research techniques, critical analysis, and structured written communication skills. I have chosen to write an analytical paper entitled 'Why are women still underrepresented within Formula One, even with modern regulations?'.
ONLINE COURSES & INDEPENDENT LEARNING
Planning to undertake introductory online courses in motorsport industry structure and vehicle dynamics to further develop my understanding of Formula One engineering. These include ‘Motorsport Industry Introduction’ an overview of motorsport roles and team structures, and ‘Vehicle Dynamics’ introductory aerodynamics, suspension, and race mechanics Exploring participation in STEM Racing with Trinity School.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & ACTIVITIES
•Duke of Edinburgh Award Bronze (considering Silver) Peer Mentor and Anti-Bullying Representative - developing leadership skillsets within school. First Aid Awareness Course Babcock Festival of Engineering 2025 (expected 2026) exposure to broader technical and engineering careers, techniques and disciplines Formula Student UK 2025 I witnessed racing, scrutineering, University Teams operating within the pits, and the showcased technology and stands as part of the event, which helped me to further my understanding of engineering development within a competitive motorsport environment.
SKILLS & INTERESTS

Digital design and visual toolsets including Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Photopea, demonstrating strong attention to detail.

Sports such as tennis and badminton

I am interested in creative visual communication and automotive photography, particularly in capturing racing events and machinery.

Enthusiastic follower of Formula One and motorsport engineering developments.

Attendance at automotive exhibitions including F1 Exhibition, Haynes Motor Museum and the National Motor Museum.

Helping with mechanical and engineering projects at home, developing practical skills about how mechanical systems function.

In my spare time I enjoy spending my time creatively and with family and friends.

A lot of my interests that are listed seem too 'girly' if that makes sense? like they are very creative arts based as that is what I enjoy. However, I also enjoy engineering/ mechanics based hobbies but don't really have access to any..? I don't really want to lie on my application but looking at this.. I definitely won't be picked.. Someone help Please!!!
