Yes, i got conditional offer from glasgow and still waiting to hear back from strathclyde my offer from glasgow is AB at higher and pass the top up.

Not computing, but I got an offer from Glasgow Uni for Software Enginerring, nothing from strath yet.

Hi, University of Glasgow rejected me because they don't accept HNCs but I am also studying 2 highers (maths and history) in school and currently have 5 highers. That reasoning did not make sense.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear that! I would recommend you to contact the admissions to check about your situation. As I am a student myself, so I cannot say anything about the admissions process as it can be very case to case basis. But, I have come across some other students in the student room, who appealed after getting rejection as they had some other criteria they meet like having other exams and stuff which they might not have mentioned on the application process. Some of them already got the offer after the appeal, when they told that they have those other criterias.

However, Congratulations on getting the offer for the Strathclyde! That's a big win.
