NTU vs Liverpool vs exeter

So I got offers to study at NTU (city campus) , university of Liverpool, and the university of Exeter to Study pg psychology.

I’m confused where i should study.
I’m leaning towards NTU regardless but the scholarship percentage I get from NTU will be a deciding factor for me . If the amount isn’t good enough I’ll pick Liverpool or exester .
Does anyone have an insight.???

Assuming that you are an international student, going to where there will be funding will be pivotal. But if this was not the deciding factor, l would choose Exeter, with Liverpool as a fallback option. Exeter and Liverpool are on about the same level for overall international reputation, but Exeter is so much nicer as a city, and as a university. It is a shame that Liverpool has a terrible reputation for crime, given that the uni is very good, and part of the Russell Group.
