Clarksons Trainee Broker Scheme 2026
Has anyone else applied to Clarkson's broking scheme and have any tips/insights on the recruiment & interview process? Any help would be much appreciated thank you!

When did you apply? I applied early feb and haven't heard anything back yet. Are they already giving out interviews? I thought online assessments came first?

I did a recorded interview like last week and I now have an actual online interview with them I did not have to do a test... presumably they do numerical/ verbal etc. tests at Assessment Centre stage... not sure though.

by bees34I did a recorded interview like last week and I now have an actual online interview with them I did not have to do a test... presumably they do numerical/ verbal etc. tests at Assessment Centre stage... not sure though.

Like maybe 4-5 days after I did the recorded interview. I had my online interview over two weeks ago

I gave the Automated Interview for trainee broker program on 15 March haven't heard back since then.

unfortunately you might not. Do not take my word as gospel at all but I am pretty sure when I had an interview with one of their HR members she said that the interviews ran until the end of March. I could be wrong though.
