PGDE Primary - UWS/Strathclyde
I have offers from both UWS (Ayr) and Strathclyde for the PGDE Primary course, I am struggling to choose between the two.
I know Strath is statistically a 'better' uni but I liked the vibe of UWS when I went to campus for my interview.
Can anyone who has went to either for the PGDE primary advise how you found it the course and the university in general?

Hiya @meganmcgregor00 🙂 Pleased to hear you're considering studying your PGDE with us! Congratulations on your offer.
You've got two great options so really it's whichever you feel is the best fit for you. We have a great reputation for our teacher training programmes, with our roots in teaching dating back to the early days of the University. We have very passionate academic staff and the option for you to submit some work towards gaining a Masters in Education (MEd) which you can complete after finishing the PGDE too.
I don't have first hand experience myself but I've worked with lots of students on campus who've either studied their BA Primary Ed/PGDE qualification with us who have enjoyed their time here. I'm sure you'd have a great time at either institution - it's just about finding the right fit for you 🤞
