At what age is it considered embarrassing to still living with ur parents these days?

At what age?!
This is very culturally relative. There isn't a concerete answer.

Also sometimes life creates problems and people have to move back to their parent's place for a few months or a year or two - this can be due to problems that have arisen in the adult child's life necessitating it, or could be the aging parent requiring e.g. care or something (temporarily or permanently).

But even beyond that in many cultures it's not uncommon for adult children to live with parents well into adulthood. In fact the whole concept of children leaving the family home at 18 is a very Western (and perhaps even more narrowly, Anglophone) cultural artefact.
