Hello Jasmine.
I hope these tips will help you.

Firstly, if you wake up dizzy and with a high temperature, you should take a tablet. But ,if you don´t want to take a tablet I recommend you drink ginger tea to lower your temperature and reduce your dizziness.

Secondly, if you think your throat is going to hurt, I recommend you eat honey with hot drinks ,for example honey with milk, honey with coffee,or with your favorite hot drinks. I also recommend you drinking lemon tea.

Finally, if you also think your legs are going to hurt ,surely it´s because of stress. So I recommend that you relax and think of exams as a simple exercise.

Good evening JasmineSP!
I'm sorry to hear that, I'll give you some advice:

If you have a bad sore throat, you should go to the pharmacy to buy some ibuprofen tablets to reduce the inflammation and the temperature.

If you have pain in your legs, I recommend you lie down on the sofa and don't strain yourself, For example, doing exercise wouldn't be good for you because your body needs to rest.

Some home remedies include teas with honey, lemon or ginger instead of sugar to relieve your sore throat and your cough.

If you get worse and you think that you have the flu, I recommend you go to the hospital, get better soon!

If you inform a member of staff at whatever institution you are doing your exam you may be able to get special consideration for your exam. I assume you are in uni so maybe you could check your unis website about this.

¡Hello!
I hope these tips help you.

First of all, if you have a high fever and feel dizzy, you should go to the pharmacy to ask what pills you can take or if you don't want to take pills, drink some hot tea to reduce dizziness and lower the temperature.

Secondly, if your legs are starting to hurt, I recommend that you do not exercise, relax and rest as much as you can.

And finally, if your throat hurts a lot, the best thing you can do is drink a drink with honey, for example tea with honey, ginger with honey.

I hope you get better before your exam.

Hello Jasmine, I’m really sorry to hear that and I hope these tips help you.

You need to get some rest, because that could specially help you with the dizziness and leg pain, to be fair it must help you overall.

I recomend you stay in a warm place to prevent the leg pain from getting worse and get some painkillers to try to cut it.

Try not to go outside unless necessary, as it's very cold these days and your illness could get worse significantly. Also, try going to the pharmacy so they can recommend something that might help.

If you get worse it may not be a flu but something worse, in that case you must go to the hospital.
I hope you get better. Good luck!

Hello Jasmine,

You should take a one tablet for your dizzy and your temperature, or you could also put a cloth with cold water in your forehead and neck, these will help you low the temperature.

you should to drink hot drinks, if you make that, your throat will relax and the inflammation and pain low much.

Hi Jasmine, I'm sorry to hear what happened to you. I hope you recover soon. For the fever, I think a cloth dampened with lukewarm water would be fine. For the sore throat, I think taking honey with lemon would be very helpful. And for the exam, ask the doctor for a medical excuse and rest.
