Royal Central Dresscode

Hi guys, I searched on the website for Royal Central and took a look at their dress code, and is it actually true?

For anyone who goes to Royal Central or knows the dress code there, is it actually as 'strict' as they say it is?

I come from a dance background so wearing just leotard and tights or simple sportsbras and shorts/ leggings and showing midriff is very normal to me and I'm very desensitised to it.

Is it actually very strict with exposed skin like that or no?

Most drama schools expect BA students to wear blacks and the London drama schools expect it (the odd white/grey top might be OK). Depending on your course, you may be required to have specific items: if you're learning period dancing, you may require character shoes and a long skirt.

My daughter is doing BA Acting in London, wears hoodie, fitted t-shirt and trackies every day but wears leotard, ballet tights and ballet shoes for ballet. She'll wear shorts and sports bra for some movement and dance classes as they get worked hard!

Congratulations on getting into Royal Central! Which course will you be studying?
