How do I apply for Disability Student Allowance?

Hi there,

Can you please tell us when your course began/begins?

Is it a full-time undergraduate course?

Thanks, Graeme

Hi Graeme, I'd like to do some a-levels. I know that learn direct offer courses for these and don't really know about any others.
I don't know how to go abouts achieving some a-levels and getting them funded with Disability Students Allowance.
Any help is greatly appreciated 🙏

Hi there,

So you are currently not on an undergraduate or postgraduate course?

Thanks, Drew

The reason we're asking is because: to be eligible for the Disabled Students Allowance (DSA) you need to be studying a higher education course: for example, studying towards a degree, or something like that.

It's not possible to get DSA for studying A-Levels, unfortunately.

Also, just to clarify, DSA doesn't contribute towards the costs of the course: it's help with things like travel, lessons, and equipment.

Thanks, Graeme
