I hope you don't mind if I indulge in a little psychoanalysis...
Do you think your crush on the actor is a substitute for something else in your life? Are you bored, unhappy, lonely? The reason you feel you can't get over it might be because it's a stopgap for something else that's missing.. all I can do is echo lessthanthree's advice, perhaps if you took up a hobby and did something different, you won't need your crush any more... perhaps you can go out with your friends more, find a boyfriend, learn something new, take up a sport, something like that

Who is it? He can't be that bad if you like him. People make fun out of me for liking matt damon . Plus i have (hate to say this) but a crush on *ahem* the lead guitarist out of system of a down for a couple of days (Daron Malakian)

I have not had a crush on a single famous person ever, so I wouldn't know, although I have had crushes on various unattainable girls.
