Am I eligible for student finance after 3 years on a skilled worker visa?

Hello,
Would I be eligible to student finance if i've been in the UK for 3 years under skilled worker visa as my mum's dependant
I relocated to England in 2023 before I turned 18, and i'm applying for adult nursing course in university after almost finishing my college and was wondering if I would get student loans.
