Level 2 Mechanical Engineering

In 2021 the then tory government announced there being a shortage of adults not holding a Level 3 diploma. However, for the individual trying desperately hard to better their chances to get into their chosen career try finding a college that offers any opportunity to achieve this. There are no colleges within the Greater Manchester District offering Mechanical Engineering diplomas Levels 1,2, or 3 to adults.
Had to travel several miles North to Burnley College to take C&G Level 1in Manual Milling & Turning which serves as a foundation in Engineering and an opportunity to take C&G Level 2.
Despite inquiring if a Level 2 course was available there wasn't.
Having gained several distinctions in C&G LEVEL 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair at a local college in June 2024 it was decided of me to quickly enrol for C&G Level 2 Mechanical Engineering. Unfortunately I became homeless in September and after 2 days was thrown off the Engineering course...18+ months on and still living in my car as a destitute in Backward Britain.
The stigma that's attached is unreal as your foundation stone is kicked from underneath your feet as you fall into a state of insane madness. Although inquisitively you do learn a lot from your experience being so low as it soon becomes apparently obvious the friends you thought you had are all just users and were not worth knowing. Family are no different...ended all communication with my so called family 8 months ago.
In conclusion the UK has no skills shortage and never has hence mass unemployment and an abundance of highly skilled people deprived of reaching their full potential. Why suffer the intimidation of unskilled manual labouring when you are more than competent of picking up the tools of your chosen profession (just proves there is no skills shortage). Cash-in-hand certainly helps in these backward times allowing you to charge what you want for your skills.
