Does anyone know when Google replies to apprenticeships?

I've applied to Google level 4 software developer but I've had 0 updates. Their application was also weird they asked for motivational questions, a cover letter and CV however there was only 1 file upload to I put them all into one PDF unsure if that's the correct way to apply or not. I've received no updates. Anyone that's already applied, do you know how long they'll take? Thank you.

did you end up hearing back from them? I heard back from them and got an intro to google SWE call scheduled
