KCL vs Cardiff med?

Hi guys, my first time posting here lol. I applied for medicine after A levels and have 3 offers as a home student thankfully, from KCL, Cardiff and Sheffield.
I am just so confused which to pick, between Cardiff and KCL bc Sheffield didn't feel like it was right for me.

With KCL it's probably easier for me to get home but for both its about 3-4h public transport, but it would be cheaper in the long term at king's to just get a coach home rather than trains which I would have to get 2 from Cardiff to home.

On the other hand, KCL feels like it will be way too expensive to live comfortably. I calculated and I have 7050 maintenance loan annual in London which doesn't even cover yearly accommodation. My family has to pay about 3000 just in first year for accommodation, not including food/drink/transport which is likely another 2000/3000. And that's only first year, in second I won't be able to afford the other KCL accoms with 300-400/week which is INSANE considering i'd also have to get the tube to guy's campus. its stressing me out already and i'm not even there lol.

At Cardiff it's not like it'd be miles cheaper though, in first year I think we have to pay about 2400 out of pocket on top of my maintenance just for accom. But all living and transport costs would probably be around half or less than London lol, I even heard about a 3pound bus fare cap for the whole day in Cardiff which is great.

In terms of prestige, I feel like rejecting King's could end up being a mistake if I wanted to move abroad to Australia or somewhere in Europe. And I don't want to enjoy myself in Cardiff but then end up struggling to get specialty training because I don't have enough research experience ygm.

But on the other hand, nearly everyone i've spoken to from KCL say teaching after first year really declines in quality and it becomes massively self directed, like no-one even goes to lectures apparently? I'd rather not pay so much extra and then not even get good teaching lmaooo. Would love if someone could also confirm/deny this stereotype that KCL has horribleeee admin.
I know this is long so thank you so much for reading up to this point, i'd appreciate if anyone from these unis or anyone else could give some clarity as there's so many variables that make it hard to choose definitively
