I am looking for a Postgraduate King’s College London student to take over my contract for a room in the Iris Brook residence (part of Orchard Lisle & Iris Brook) for the summer. This is a fantastic room located on the 5th floor!

- Room Type: Iris Brook Non-Ensuite (Room IB-402C).

[*]- Eligibility: You must be a currently enrolled King’s College London student
[*]- Final Payment: The last instalment for this period is due on 24 June 2026

[*]The residence is perfectly situated for anyone based at Guy's Campus or wanting to enjoy a central London summer with a view.
