I know you have to drink a lot of water a day but I was wondering how much of a difference does it make if a part of that water intake is made up of water mixed with squash, instead of just plain water. Is it still just as good or would I be taking in too much sugar? (I prefer my squash drink quite diluted and not too sweet)

i only really drink squash tbh - get the no sugar ones and then theres nothing to worry about
you can buy sugarfree squash. ok, it's not ideal and water would be better but if you dilute it properly and drink a good amount you are still taking in the water you need. just be aware you are adding some aspartame/flavourings etc. I hate water unless it's decent enough weather to drink it cold, so I live on robinsons sf squashes. very nice
This is basically a sugar that goes down faster and quciker due to the simpleness in its structure. this is a MAJOR energy boost. Much quicker and effiiceint compared to Gatorade, Powerade, etc etc even coffee, during a workout coffee is just a 7minute boost after that your dead tired aswell...

squash tastes weird and gives you spots, water tastes like nothing but is healthy. personally I like juicy waters.
Sucralose is quite bad for you, it's an artificial sweetener that can't get broken down by the body, in large quantities can cause I few problems..It's an E number (E995) created using chlorination of sucrose which comes from plants..
I'm surprised no one mentioned sugar free squash has sucralose in it, which in high quantitys can lead to kidney failure
